List of ingredients

  • Plain yoghurt
  • Lemon
  • Parsley
  • Falafels
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Chunks of feta
  • A few rocket leaves

Preparation steps

  1. In a bowl, mix one plain yoghurt, a little bit of lemon and
    chopped parsley.
  2. Slice the croissant in 2 and spread this preparation on the base.
  3.  Cut the falafels in two and the cherry tomatoes in four.
  4. Then add these pieces of falafel and cherry tomatoes to the
    yoghurt preparation, with the chunks of feta.
  5. Finish by adding a few rocket leaves.
