  • Croissant 30 g
  • 1-2 tablespoons whipped crème fraîche
  • 1-2 teaspoons of red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of Kalix caviar
  • Micro pea pods
  • Edible flowers
  • Black pepper

Preparation steps

  1. Thaw the croissant for 10 to 15 minutes
  2. Baked the entire croissant in the waffle iron until golden brown,
    about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the crème fraîche, red onions and Kalix caviar
  4. Decorate and serve!
